Mr. Liong has more than 25 years of experience in the Electrical servicing & commissioning with vast experiences in retrofitting, modernization and  service & commissioning works in various sectors, such as in Infrastructure, Industrial Plants, Marine offshore, Petrochemical, Port & Transportation. He started his career with Jurong Shipyard and ABB Singapore as a Service/Testing and Commissioning Engineer, for various Electrical equipment and system. He also had great experiences in Sales & Management when in  ABB Singapore, who also helped established the Marine Offshore center and cranes service.
